Participants get workshops and coaching sessions in leadership, time management and public speaking.

Do I get a certificate at the end?

Yes — when you complete the programme you receive an official certificate and references for your CV.

Are there any costs involved?

No, taking part is free. Only team-building activities may involve a small symbolic cost.

Can I take part with no previous experience?

Absolutely. Our programme is built around growing together, whatever experience you start with.

How do I apply?

Fill in the application form (the Apply now button). We email you the link where you pick a group interview.

How do I prepare for the group interview?

There's nothing to memorise. At LDM we're guided by three values: a spirit of initiative, high ethical and moral principles, and continuous growth. At the interview it's not about who talks the most, but how you work as a team: you put ideas forward and help the group reach a decision, you stand by your principles even when it's not the easy option, and you learn from what others bring. Come as you are.
