Liderii de Mâine is a student organisation in Bucharest. We decide what data this recruitment process collects and how it is used, which makes us the data controller.

Our full legal identification — registered name, seat and registration number — is still to be added here. Until then, you can reach us at the email address below.

Your first and last name, email address and phone number.

Study details: university, faculty and year of study.

How you heard about us, and the answers you give in the form.

Your participation in the group interview: the seat you booked, your confirmations, your attendance.

The evaluations our team writes after the interview, and the outcome of the process.

Your consents, with the version of the text, the date, your IP address and your browser — so we can show what you agreed to. You tick one box when you apply, for this notice; it also covers your consent to the surveys described below.

Your IP address and a few browser details when you submit a public form, for the anti-bot check and to limit abuse.

To run the recruitment process: to email you about your application, book your interview, evaluate you fairly and tell you the outcome.

We process your data to run the process you asked to take part in (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). That is why the emails about your application (your personal link, your interview seat, the reminder and your result) need no separate agreement.

We use your phone number to reach you about your application if we need to.

We use your email address to recognise you if you apply again in a later round.

After your interview we email you a short survey about how it went for you, so we can improve the process for the next round. Answering is optional. We rely on your consent for those surveys (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): you give it when you apply, by ticking that you have read this notice. You can withdraw it at any time with no effect on your application — from your own status page, or from the unsubscribe link every survey carries. Emails about your application keep coming.

We keep your data for the duration of the recruitment round and for at most 12 months afterwards, so we can invite you to the next one. After that we delete or anonymise it.

Only Liderii de Mâine team members working on recruitment, each limited to what they need: volunteers see contact details for the candidates assigned to them, evaluators see their own evaluations, coordinators see the whole process.

The providers below run the application for us, each with a precise role (they are processors: they handle your data only for us and only on our instructions).

Vercel, Inc. — hosts the application and runs its code, in the Frankfurt region (fra1).

Neon, Inc. — hosts the PostgreSQL database your data is stored in, on AWS in the Frankfurt region (eu-central-1).

Resend, Inc. — delivers the emails we send you and processes the technical events about them (delivered, bounced).

Cloudflare, Inc. — the anti-bot check (Turnstile) on our public forms, which receives your IP address and a few browser signals to tell a person from an automated program.

All of them are companies in the United States. Hosting and the database are in Frankfurt, but some processing (technical support, for example) may happen outside the European Economic Area, with the safeguards GDPR requires: the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

We never sell your data and never use it for advertising.

Ask what data we hold about you and get a copy of it.

Have anything wrong or incomplete corrected.

Have your data erased.

Stop our surveys: turn them off on your own status page, tap “Unsubscribe” in any of them, or write to us. Emails about your application keep coming.

Stop our emails: write to us and we will withdraw your application. Email is how we send your link, your interview seat and your result, so we cannot carry on the process with you without it.

Object to or restrict the processing, and lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP).
